What can boxing for fitness do for you? 

Boxing for fitness offers numerous health benefits, such as developing speed, fast-twitch muscles, and improving endurance conditioning over extended periods. For example, during our classes, we incorporate specific boxing techniques that utilize whole-body movements to deliver power or engage in static endurance drills. 

Since the class is designed to be high tempo, you can expect to burn up to 400 calories. We understand that many of our new members are looking to de-stress from their busy schedules and deadlines. This is where the one2club comes in; you'll be so engrossed in learning new punch combinations that you'll forget your troubles outside. 

Recent studies have shown that non-contact boxing can benefit individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia by helping the brain create more synapses and neurons (cognitive reserve), as well as sharpening reflexes. Boxing for fitness can also improve hand-eye coordination, making it suitable for individuals who play tennis, badminton, or cricket. Our club caters to a wide range of interests."

What else do we offer? 

At the Club, we offer one-on-one non-contact boxing, including mini-group sessions. In our one-on-one sessions, you can focus more on your technique and how to deliver power. Training in a mini-group is a great way to have fun on a smaller scale, but also a great way to push and feed off each other. You'll still learn the fundamentals but also have a great workout.
